Spring is the season of renewal—and what better time to reset your relationship with technology?
In today’s hyper-connected world, we’re in constant contact, yet somehow, real connection feels more distant than ever. We scroll, swipe, and tap our way through the day, often feeling scattered, overwhelmed, or just plain exhausted. The truth is, many of us have drifted into digital habits that don’t align with the life we actually want to live.
But here’s the good news: we’re waking up.
We’re starting to see that, much like a spell cast over a town in a fairy tale, we’ve been enchanted by the convenience and pull of technology. And just like in those stories, it only takes one person to awaken—and then the whole village starts to stir.
I once heard a man on the radio say:
“If, when email first started, someone had told us that in 20 years it would give strangers access to our kids’ lives in thier bedrooms, no one would’ve signed up. We would’ve said, ‘No thanks, I’ll wait for my mail.’”
That might sound extreme, but the point is this: we didn’t know what we were agreeing to. We were part of a global experiment—and now we’re dealing with the consequences. From sleepless nights to screen addiction, from rising anxiety to a loss of meaningful connection, the evidence is clear.
Still, there’s no need for shame. The genie’s out of the bottle, and technology isn’t going anywhere.
But that doesn’t mean it gets to run the show.
Spring Screen Break is your invitation to take back the wheel.
It’s not about going offline forever or throwing your phone in the sea. It’s about pressing pause, getting clear on what really matters to you, and building digital habits that reflect the life you actually want to lead.
I created the Digital Reset Programme as a practical, heart-centered way to help people like you do just that.
Here’s how we start:
Reconnect to your “why”—What truly matters to you right now?
Get honest about your digital reality—What apps drain you? What platforms inspire you?
Build loving boundaries—so your tech habits support your values, not sabotage them.
It doesn’t take a complete overhaul to create meaningful change. When I first started, I chose just one boundary: no phone after 6:30 p.m. I left it in another room to charge—and to my surprise, the whole household followed. We talked more. Laughed more. Even moved the TV out of the living room. One small shift transformed our family space.
This spring, try your own reset.Give yourself the space to breathe, dream, and reconnect—without constant interruptions.
